Ruby Bridges

Ruby Bridges was only a six year old girl the the time she became the first African-American student at William Frantz Public School in New Orleans, LA. It was just like every other school de-segregation story. She was escorted to school everyday by US Marshals and was mocked and ridiculed the whole walk from her car to the school doors. Prying was her solution. Everyday in the car ride to school she would pray to keep safe and even one day she prayed for the white people who hated her.

Mercedes Benz unveiled their new concept car in Frankfurt at the International Motor Show. It is a B-Class E-Cell Plus concept. In Something you will understand that means it's their brand new electric minivan that is not being sold yet.

I like Mercedes Benz but I am not really a fan of the B-Class (Minivan) because i don't like the shape. I do, however think that the E-Cell technology is innovative and really shows how Mercedes can prepare for different fuel sources in the future.

Any Article Response

Someone ripped of 23 characters of names on the I-35W bridge collapse memorial. I think that is horrible. Each state has their own big disaster. Oklahoma has the bombings, Virginia has the VT shooting, and Minnesota has the I-35W bridge collapse. To deface one of our worst moments as a state is a disgrace to not only the victims, but the families, first responders, and anyone affected.

Google+ Response

By recently introducing games on Google+ they are now facing off against Facebook. I know some people who have a Google+ account, but that is nowhere near the amount of my friends on facebook. Maybe it will take a little time for Google+ to become the new facebook just like when facebook became the new myspace. Games will add some appeal to Google+, but im not sure that is the spark to grow it into a facebook true contender. There are still games on facebook, and recently that made them easier to access. Facebook will still rule the day. Atleast until Google+ does.

Followed colsely by the south tower 5 months later. 1970 was when the first spaces were occupied in the towers. At that time the construction had not even finished on the upper floors. The project was finished in 1973. At that time the twin towers were the tallest biuldings in the world, at 110 stories. The building had new technology at the time. Interview Story

Bud Gibson Interview

A man with the name James Gibson. He prefers to be called Bud. Typical high school student, or so it seems. Bud has had good and bad days. The very lowest moment was in middle school when he broke his ankle doing the "jerk" and then falling down some stairs. He says the pinnacle of his life has not happened yet, but he is still hoping. Bud is in Men's Chorale at Eastview High School. He says that it is a little known fact that he sings outside of school as well. He also plays piano, something that everybody in his freshman choir class should know, as he would play the same song everyday. Bud states that there is no unique talents he has, or special thing about him. Just another "Ordinary Joe".
